Activist Judge Rules To Bar Trump From Halting DACA

In an infuriating move, a judge, naturally in California, has acted to put a halt on any government stoppage of DACA, seems once more we have a judge who has no clue what his constitutional duty is.

It doesn’t matter what side of the divide you are on, the fact that once more, like with the travel ban, we have judges that have decided they have a right to set up federal law, then dictate from the bench what the President may do. It is time for the President to ignore the judge, then send in federal marshals to remove this person from the bench. A judges position is not to set up DACA rules or to try to stop the government from stopping the program, it is to decide if what they decide is constitutionally correct or not, the judge is unable to make any ruling that the order from Trump is not.

I don’t like to see constitutional conflicts, but this has gone on long enough, if a judge does not know their place, what their restrictions are under the law, then maybe it is high time we have them removed.

What seems worse, the legislative branch, at least the DNC members, and sadly many from the GOP who have shown they could care less what the people who voted them in want, they too are showing that DACA and aiding illegals in our nation is more important than the citizens, if nothing else, this shows the need to remove this cancerous growth that is killing the body, known as the United States of America.

Naturally, this activist judge, Judge William Alsup, was placed on the Bench from Clinton, I am beginning to think they look for the least qualified, a judge that will happily subvert the constitution to their activist ideals, then put them on the bench, this has gone on long enough.

In the old days this used to be taken care of by lynch mobs, not that this doesn’t sound like a good idea sometimes to bring back, nowadays we try to be more civilized, we try to use legal means to remove them from the bench. What we need to do now is to figure out how to put in legislation to remove these people from the bench when they act outside their constitutional jurisdiction.

Something needs to be done, if nothing else, we need to push to not only keep the seats we have in both state houses and governor houses, but we need to expand them. We are only a few states away from calling a constitutional convention, one that is desperately needed, in such a convention we could not only put in place term limits to both senators and congressmen but put in place mechanisms to remove judges that are trying to legislate from the bench.

Of course with such a thing we could go further, we could further clarify what the separation of church and state means, this would put a halt to the constant attacks against Christians by atheist groups, we could further clear up what our second amendment is, to stop states like California who know they can’t touch the guns, so now they are going after the ammo, making the guns useless.
