Attorney Tweets For People To Kill Cops, Offers Free Representation

We have seen attorneys offer free representation over the years, but a call for action, telling people to kill cops, and providing them free representation is a crime. This attorney, Mark McBride, may be more interested in seeking his representation then offering it for free.

The death of George Floyd lit a fire under many in the U.S., after months of being locked down cities exploded, what first started as calls for peaceful protests soon exploded into riots as domestic terrorist groups like Black Lives Matter and Antifa got involved.

Yes, there should have been protests and anger over Floyd’s very avoidable death. Both sides condemned the Minneapolis Police Department. Yet, that unity went out the window when the rioting erupted. You can be angered over Floyd’s death, support peaceful protest, and be appalled by the rioting. Minneapolis burned as did other major cities last week. It’s died down some, but protests continue.

For one defense lawyer, he earned himself an investigation from the LAPD for his social media post, which called for the killing of police officers and representation for any rioter who kills cops.

We all have a right to free speech. Still, calling for murder, in exchange you will offer them a free service, that is a huge issue that is a violation of Penal Code 187 PC, and Penal Code 653f. However, the later is applicable now if someone does murder due to the attorney’s call of action, then he would also be charged with the first one.

One would think being an attorney would make him know better, but being woke, I am sure using his head and thinking logically was not in play when he posted this tweet.

“These c**ksucking, low IQ, can’t get into law school jarheads need an asphalt nap,” posted by Mark McBride. Fox 11 LA’s Bill Melugin tried reaching out to McBride multiple times to no avail. I mean, there’s no way to polish this turd, right?”

May seem like a harmless tweet, but by posting and calling for the murder of a police officer, he is going to find in a hurry that this is not a good thing, very well could lose his license to practice the law.

Why post on Facebook or Twitter where they shut down political speech that doesn’t agree with their ideology?
Come to Community, we debate, never silence conflicting political views!
