Cuomo releases Rapist and Child Molesters During Outbreak

As if things were not going bad enough for New York, the city hit with a deluge of Coronavirus cases, to add this calamity, after shutting down gun sales, Governor Cuomo is now releasing rapist and children molesters out of jail on the public.

Eight rapists — three of which were convicted of raping children — have been released from a jail in New York as a part of Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s statewide initiative to decrease prison populations over fear of spreading the coronavirus.

I am not one that doesn’t believe in rehabilitation, but the recidivism rates of both rapist and child molesters are something that outright frightening. But to take a system already under stress from this plague, then throw into the mix these offenders, because you are more interested in protecting the criminal, rather than the law-abiding citizen, that is without excuse.

I have the perfect solution, every one of these people, release them, but it has to be with the understanding that they will be placed in housing next door to the politicians that demand they be released. I am curious what their reaction to this will be when these people turn up as next-door neighbors to their families, are they going to be comfortable having their children outside playing.

In typical fashion, the loony left, the ones with gated communities, armed guards protecting the communities, their protection detail, they are okay with this, they know these people have no chance of coming into their neighborhood, but what about if they did? Would they then be so happy to push this ideology of protecting the perpetrator and throwing the victim under the bus? Or would they demand that these people not be allowed near them? We already know the answer to this; no one wants a rapist or child molester living next door.

What is more incomprehensible, they are demanding that you do this while stripping all right to protect yourself. We just saw this with a case in Arlington County is a county in the Commonwealth of Virginia where three would-be burglars broke into a store. When the person staying there came out and shot one of the thieves, the police did nothing to the three criminals, instead charged the person defending the store.

Today, if you live in those cities, you may wish to consider leaving, when the criminal is protected, you on the other hand, for daring to protect your property are turned into a criminal, something is wrong.

In protecting what the progressive left sees as victims, they have given the whole criminal class a pass, even rapist and child molesters. They think since they have been victimized, there should be no punishment unless it happens to be their children or family that are the victims.

The problem facing this nation today is not the rapist; it is not the criminal class, even this virus, for that will pass. It is the divide between what the Progressive Left and the Conservative Right, each side’s view of social justice is so far off; neither party can even agree on basic principles. One side is intent on protecting the person that is a victim in a crime, the other side sees the criminal as a victim, thus even if you are a victim of their crime, you are still victimizing them by daring to report their action or worse, daring to protect yourself or your property.

One has to wonder, as this divide becomes greater and greater between the two parties, what commonality will be in place that will hold this nation together? I have no issue with someone having a difference of opinion. Still, telling me that I am evil, that rapist are good, that I can’t only not agree with, I have no understanding how anyone could believe something this stupid.

We are in danger of facing a divide more significant then what was faced before our civil war. While back then there was a disagreement over states rights, and yes, slavery was part of this, the rest of what divided the two sides was not that great, today we have the very concept of morality that is unable to be bridged, the majority of Americans don’t agree with unrestricted illegal immigration, yet 27% of American feels it is their right, no, more their duty to force this on the rest of the world.

The majority of Americans don’t wish to see rapist and child molesters released into their neighborhood, yet the leadership in these progressive strongholds are inflicting this on their constituents. What is more startling to us that don’t think this way, the people there continue to vote these morons back into office.

At this point, we are going to have a nation broken into a loose confederation of opposing camps of radically different outlooks and ideology; one has to wonder, how long can something like this hold together.
