Fully Vaccinated People in Oregon Must Show Proof of Vaccination Status to Enter Businesses Without a Mask

Oregon has gone from a liberal hell hole to 1930s Germany overnight.

The Oregon Health Authority now requires businesses and religious institutions to enforce mask mandates by forcing people to show proof of vaccination.

The CDC last week updated its mask guidance and said fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks indoors.

In order to prevent the unvaccinated from walking around unmasked, Oregon health officials are now creating a caste system by marking the unvaxxed lepers.

“Businesses, employers and faith institutions now have the option to adjust their masking guidance to allow fully vaccinated individuals to no longer wear a mask in their establishments,” OHA’s website said. “Businesses, employers, and faith institutions doing so must have a policy in place to check the vaccination status of all individuals before they enter their establishment. Businesses, employers, and faith institutions who do not create such policies will maintain the same masking guidance listed below, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status.”

Gov. Kate Brown said Oregonians who are fully-vaccinated no longer need to wear masks or social distance in most public spaces, adding the state would provide more specific instructions soon.

Sidelinger said for now it’s up to businesses to determine a person’s vaccine status.

“We would anticipate that an establishment or business will have to have a system in place for asking about vaccine status and verifying that. Right now, I would anticipate that would be seeing a card with the individual’s name, the vaccine site, and the date they got it; it could be a picture of the vaccine card or record from the provider on their phone, but just a way of seeing that,” he said.

The government has no legal authority to tell Churches nor businesses that they have to do this; one has to wonder how long until this is brought to court.

This was never tried with polio, nor with TB, but for some reason the thought from the left is their concerns over health overrides your personal freedom. It doesn’t.

One has to wonder, will Oregon soon have their own Gestapo police, demanding papers randomly from Oregonians?

And the people running Oregon wonder why part of the state wants to break away from this madness.
