The Democrats hate President Trump so much because of his “America first” agenda that they impeached him twice.

Donald Trump is the first president in US history to be impeached twice.

10 Republicans joined the Democrats and voted in favor of impeachment.

Here’s the list of Republican Reps who need to be booted in 2022:

  • Adam Kinzinger of Illinois
  • John Katko of New York
  • Liz Cheney of Wyoming
  • Jaime Herrera Beutler of Washington
  • Fred Upton of Michigan
  • Dan Newhouse of Washington
  • Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio
  • Tom Rice of South Carolina
  • David Valadao of California
  • Peter Meijer of Michigan

While the Senate has said it will not convene until the day before Trump’s term is done, nor will they take up the impeachment until after the transition is finished, the Democrats will be stuck between a choice of impeaching or look to Biden’s first 100 days. At this point, some Democrats are calling for the impeachment to be taken up after the 100 days are passed.

Here lies the problem with this, impeachment is set to discipline or remove someone that is in office, Trump will be out of office by the time they take it up, at that point, Congress has no jurisdiction over Trump, he will be a private citizen, it will have to go through the courts. One could look at the case after the civil war with Secretary of War William Belknap, where he resigned; Congress went to impeach anyway. It was never taken up because the Senate felt it had no legal authority to impeach after a person was out of office.

If they proceed with the impeachment, Trump will simply take this to the court, move up in the courts until it is overturned.

While Biden is calling for unity, what is happening has nothing to do with unity; rather, it is a move by the left to push to divide this nation further, pushing us towards the ultimate goal of either giving in and submitting or face a civil war.
