McCabe Compares Profiles of Trump Supporters with People Who Flew to Syria to Join ISIS, Trump to Al-Baghdadi
Disgraced former FBI official, Andrew McCabe, who now is on CNN, attacks Trump supporters, claims they are like the people who went to join ISIS, compares Trump to the now-dead leader of ISIS, Al-Baghdadi.
Former FBI official Andrew McCabe directly compared some supporters of President Trump with violent extremists who joined the Islamic State, saying “they have been completely manipulated by propaganda.” He went on further to compare Trump to Al-Baghdadi.
“What we’ve learned about what these people do, who they are… These aren’t who most people picture as extremists. These are our neighbors,” said a reporter from CNN. “How do you explain this?”
He went on to say, “I spent years working against extremists, doing counter-terror work in the FBI. This kind of cross-section of people is exactly what you see… Those Americans who travel to Syria to join the Islamic State; you had doctors and lawyers.”
It seems to McCabe and others within the Left; they want to paint the whole Trump movement as a domestic terrorist. Others are calling for reprogramming, and like him, are labeling Trump as some terrorist leader.
This did not go over with former White House Strategic Communications Director Mercedes Schlapp:
Schlapp fired back by calling McCabe’s remarks “irresponsible and appalling.”
We have seen over the years before purges are done, attacks against a sector in the civilian world, as we saw in Germany in the 1940s, with Armenians before then, you first demonize the people, after this, you scale up the attacks, push the propaganda until the population supports what they normally never would.
This has happened in thriving democracies in the past, don’t make the mistake of thinking it could never happen here.
