National Review Rant Against Jo Rae Perkins And Qanon

I believe in the holding of beliefs, even if we find some of these bizarre or off bases. National Review came out with a rabid rant against Joe Rae Perkins because she is part of the Qanon.

They were complaining because Perkins touted the QAnon conspiracy in no uncertain terms until she won the primary. As Oregonians were voting on Tuesday, Perkins uploaded a video to Twitter in which she held up a sticker bearing a QAnon slogan and said, “I stand with Q and the team. Thank you Anons, and thank you patriots. And together, we can save our republic.” Her campaign removed the video, but she later told Oregon Public Broadcasting that she was “bummed” that a consultant “whose job it is to ‘protect’” her had taken the video down. Perkins also said in that interview that she had been following QAnon messages for years, and that the president has secretly signaled to QAnon followers in public appearances.

What is ‘Q’?

If you look to the Daily Beast they claim:

Plotters in the deep state tried to shoot down Air Force One and foil President Trump’s North Korea summit. A cabal of global elites, including top figures in Hollywood, the Democratic Party, and the intelligence agencies, are responsible for nearly all the evil in the world. And now Trump is going to fix it all with thousands of sealed indictments, sending the likes of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama straight to Guantanamo Bay.

Or at least that’s how the world is going for the believers of QAnon, the complex pro-Trump conspiracy theory that’s starting to having unpredictable effects in real life. The real  news can be bad for Trump, but in QAnon-world, the president and his supporters really are getting sick of winning.

Is this what Qanon stands for? If we look to the site that supports their belief we find:

The good people of America, Left and Right, Democrat and Republican, White or of color, young and old, are witnessing the take-back of America from a large number of very powerful criminals who have been destroying society and the world for several decades, maybe longer. This is the greatest story of our time.

You have the choice of either scratching your head in confusion when seeing events unfold, or looking at the information provided by Q to understand the real story. These are people I trust to bring you the right information.

What we have seen the left, who loves to scream about a Russian conspiracy, that Republicans are going to try to shut down the election this fall, who say that the whole election scheme as a means to shut down the Democrat vote, now are offended that someone else dares see that there is something wrong with the government.

I am not given conspiracy theories, but I usually do find they have an element of truth to them. Often, this element is redirected to make it into something it is not. One has to look deeply at them to find the truth behind the deception.

With Qanon, we were warned that there were deep state actors who were involved in trying to destroy the Trump administration before they even took office, since then we have seen evidence to support this. Further, when Trump put Kavanaugh up as a nomination, they sounded the alarm that the left would do everything in their power to destroy Kavanaugh and see to it he would not be seated on the bench, yet he was.

I usually let these conspiracy sites sit on their own, but I do watch them. With good reason, when the liberal press goes on a rabid attack against something they have stated, I try to dig, I find the reaction by the liberal media shows me there is something there, this is why they are so desperate to go out of their way to destroy the messenger.

We saw this when ‘Q’ members were saying that there was a conspiracy to wiretap Trump to set up players within his administration. The press erupted; they claimed that the people saying this were nothing but mentally unstable conspiracy theorist, yet we now know that Trump Tower was tapped to collect data on Trump and his associates, Flynn and others were unmasked, all in the name of national security. The worst part, national security, was not affected in any way; it was the world view of the liberal players that was being called into question.

We see the same thing with the liberal press now trying to destroy the messenger, look to Tara Reade, go insane to dig into her past and call all she has said into question. Interestingly, when Ford and others made accusations against Kavanaugh, or Stormy Daniels made her case against Trump, no one dug to see what was questionable about their past. Still, then they were trying to destroy what the press saw as the enemy. Their credentials did not matter; they just wanted a play on the accusations.

I am by no means endorsing Qanon, but neither am I rejecting it, I haven’t spent enough time studying it. I find when one looks at these things with an open mind, you see much truth comes out of them, along with this some of the outlining characters can be way off in the left field, looking for conspiracies in everything, but it is this way with every group.

National Review is using their disdain for Trump and ‘Q’ to go on the attack against Jo Rae Perkins. They disregard her conservative credentials; instead, they attack because she supports Trump, using her belief in the ‘Q’ beliefs to attack her. One has to wonder, would National Review rather have a liberal in office? It seems we should start questioning not Jo Rae Perkins, but rather the editors from National Review.

I have no issue with Jo Rae Perkins running for office. It is far better than some Democrat who will blame everything on the Russians.

I hI have no issue with the Qanon movement, I may not agree with all I hear coming from some within this movement, but I do find what many are saying has strong elements of truth.

I do have an issue with National Review and will continue to have a problem with their rabid anti-Trump stance, but like all things, I also find much truth in articles they put out when they aren’t dealing with Trump.
