Is It Time To Bring Charges Against George Soros?

Is It Time To Bring Charges Against George Soros?

I had a couple of weeks ago looked into George Soros to question if he is the enemy of the people, there were questions that were looked into, such as, if you support a particular political ideology, is that enough to have you labeled as such?

In the article I said no at this time, but the more I look into this I think we should not only bring charges against George Soros, but should look at stripping him of his citizenship for trying to undermine the sovereignty of the United States, and if this is proven, they should also freeze up and go after his assets.

The funding of groups, like Antifa, which has shown funding coming from George Soros political funding, others like Take Back Wall Street, the protests against ICE, lately the screaming and intimidation against US senators, not to mention threats of violence against not only them but our president can show direct ties to Soros, one has to question, are there laws being broken here, and if so, why aren’t charges being pressed?

So is there any proof of funding what I see as domestic Terrorist groups like Antifa? There very is, the Soros funded charity, Alliance for Global Justice, was shown to have handed $50,000 to Antifa to aid in their growth and administration, prior to that they were just a small collection of scattered groups with no direction or unity, after Soros got involved they not only grew in size, became more organized, but also grew in violence.

Further back, we remember the riots and violence in Ferguson, turns out that Soros funded that as well, and to a total of $33 million. Snopes tried to disprove this, even they could not have to give it a mixed review because even though Soros did not give the money directly, groups he funded, such as Open Society Foundations are the ones that provide the money, since they are financed by him, he is the one that gave the money.

I think to understand George Soros we need to understand his youth. While he did live under the Holocaust, to say he was negatively affected by it would be a lie, and that is in his own words, he worked to strip Jewish victims of their goods while this was going on.

What Made George Soros?

This reference to his youth makes the transcript of a 1998 CBS Sixty Minutes interview with Soros especially revealing.  Here is what Soros told interviewer Steve Kroft about those fateful days in Hitler’s Germany.

Kroft: You’re a Hungarian Jew.

Soros: Mm-hmm.

Kroft: …who escaped the Holocaust.

Soros: Mm-hmm.

Kroft: …by—by posing as a Christian.

Soros: Right.

Kroft: And you watched lots of people get shipped off to the death camps.

Soros: Right.  I was 14 years old.  And I would say that’s when my character was made.

Kroft: In what way?

Soros: That one should think ahead.  One should understand and anticipate events when one is threatened.  It was a tremendous threat of evil.  I mean—it was a very personal experience of evil.

Kroft: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson.

Soros: Yes.  Yes.

Kroft: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews.

Soros: Yes.  That’s right.  Yes.

Kroft: I mean, that’s—that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years.  Was it difficult?

Soros: Not—not at all.  Maybe as a child you don’t—you don’t see the connection.  But it was—it created no, no problem at all.

Kroft: No feeling of guilt.

Soros: No.

Kroft: For example, that “I’m Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there.  I should be there.’  None of that?

Soros: Well, of course I, I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away.  But there was not sense that I shouldn’t be there, because that was—well, actually in a funny way, it’s just like in markets—that if I weren’t there, of course I wasn’t doing it, but somebody else would—would be taking it away anyhow.  And it was the—whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away.  So the—I had no role in taking away that property.  So I had no sense of guilt.

What interests me here is not what young Soros did—I’m not going to attach much weight to the moral conduct of a 14-year-old—but rather how the mature Soros retroactively interprets his previous actions as a collection boy for Hitler. Soros believes that accompanying an official from a fascist government that is collaborating with the Nazis to serve confiscation notices to Jews to steal their property and possessions is not something to feel guilt or regret about.

Soros reflects the type of base amoralism that is more characteristic of fascism and Nazism than of the forces that defeated fascism and Nazism. His anti-fascist pose camouflages deep affinities between Soros and the Nazis, in the same way, that antifascist groups today closely resemble the Blackshirts of fascist Italy and the Brownshirts of Nazi Germany.  Soros and the left’s self-styled antifascism is a fraud because there are no fascists they are fighting.  The only fascism that is recognizable in their actions is their own.

One of the first things we see is the ruthlessness without any moral compass; it is not enough to survive; he did so while having no guilt over his actions. This continued to his adult life, is what drives him now, this is the problem behind Soros, he believes that the ends justify the means, so whatever is done, that is fine so long as the objective is accomplished.

What Crimes?

One may ask what crimes, regarding this, I see two specifically, although I am sure there are many, many more that could and can be found.

The first would be sedition, the fact that he is funding groups that not only want to democratically replace Trump in 2020, which I have no issue with, but this is also how democracy works. But they want to remove him now, do so by any means, including using violence, even calling for a coup, that is a huge problem, that is what is defined as treason.

The second crime I would look at is 18 USCS § 2102, inciting a riot. The definition of this crime from US Legal is as follows:

Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot. According to 18 USCS § 2102 “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.”

By funding groups that we all know are violent, you can’t then claim innocence when they use your funds to spread this violence and attack others. By supporting domestic terrorist groups like Antifa, and that is not only here, but around the world, George Soros is breaking various national laws.

These are not the only groups that Soros funds, through his charities, many of these groups, while they sound innocent and pleasant, you find when you start digging the names for the groups is nothing but a whitewashing to cover the filth up. Here are just a few of the groups he controls and funds:

What I would love to see is the US start investigations into this, if George Soros is found guilty, then nothing short of stripping him of his citizenship would be acceptable.

Also, if we look at the cost of the riots he funded, the US should go after his assets, which I am sure are not enough to cover what has been damaged, thus relieving him of the ability to continue to fund this sort of thing. Therefore he would be out of the nation and out of money, his ability to harm would be greatly put in place.

The sad thing is, eight years we were funding this, Obama’s administration was funding Soros groups with our US tax dollars, I would like to see if this is even legal, if not, I think the prosecution should be set up to act.

I think not only the US but other nations would be well served to look into the affairs of George Soros; he has taken liberties far too long now, under Obama’s term he grew bold due to Obama and his administration working with him. It is time to either put a quick dampener on his activities and if a case is made, push this prosecution to the full extent of the law. George Soros is very fortunate he is alive today, a hundred years ago he would have been hung for treason.

One last thing, the last time I wrote on George Soros I received emails and comments that what I was writing was due to antisemitism, that could not be further from the truth, I am Jewish. Just because you are from a demographic or race,  that does not make you immune from criticism and being called out for your actions. I would not do this for Soros, any more then I would demand the same for myself.
